Late Fee - If a renter returns the trailer after the agreed upon drop off time PLUS a one-hour forgiveness period, the owner may choose to charge a late fee for the reservation and/or legal action may be required. Trailers that are returned 2 hours or more late without consent from the owner can be charged for the equivalent rent time until returned plus an additional percentage..
2 - 5 hours late – 5 hours rent fee + 10% of 5 hour rental price
6 - 24 hours late – 24 hours rent + 10% of daily rental price
25 - 48 hours late – 48 hours rent + 10% of daily rental price
49 - 72 hours late – 72 hours rent + 10% of daily rental price
Abandonment Fee - If the Trailer is not returned to the place of pick up or another location that the owner agreed upon, an abandonment fee may be charged by the owner.
Cleaning Fee – If a trailer is returned in any condition other than a normal amount of expected dirtiness.
